Chef's Biography
Cooking is one of my great passions.

When I was 20, I opened my first restaurant in Philadelphia, featuring my personal interpretations of Country French recipes. My menu proved to be very popular with new diners as well as with the faithful regulars.

At my delightfully cozy restaurant in St. Croix, The Virgin Islands, I took full advantage of the abundance of fresh seafood and tropical fruits. Al fresco diners were treated to luscious soups, sandwiches and lunch platters with a distinctive Caribbean flair.

The devastation of Hurricane Hugo prompted my move to Seattle. I instantly fell in love with the beauty of my new home, and started a specialty dessert company; supplying some of the city's finest restaurants with decadently rich and delicious cheesecakes.

My husband and our beautiful daughter (my greatest passions) are my biggest fans and our circle of friends are willing taste-testers as I continue devising innovative and healthy flavor combinations. I'd love for you to share the experience too.


Food Philosophy
My primary goal this year is to help clients entertain with flair and fun. I’ll do the work and you can relax and enjoy your guests.

As a disciple of the Slow Food Movement I believe part of a healthy lifestyle is having the time to savor food in the company of family and friends.

I approach meal preparation with gratitude and respect for earth's bounty and seek the freshest local and seasonal foods for your meals.
